We develop integrated climate adaptation concepts and sectoral strategies for municipalities, regions and federal states. Our concepts are based on sound climate analyses, scientific foundations, comprehensive stakeholder participation and the specific challenges on the ground. The goal is practical, consensus-based and implementation-oriented action planning.

Heat Action Plans & Heat Protection
We manage the development and support the implementation of heat action plans – in cities, municipalities, districts, regions and at state level. The focus is on particularly vulnerable population groups, the effective coordination of relevant stakeholders and the establishment of sustainable structures for acute and preventive heat prevention.

Networks & Events
We create platforms for exchange, cooperation and visibility in climate adaptation. As initiators and coordinators, we design effective networks and event formats – from supra-regional specialist exhibitions to multi-year cooperation structures. With the Resilience Expo and the Network Climate Adaptation and Businesses.NRW (NKU), for example, we make practical knowledge and the diversity of actors in the adaptation economy visible and usable through communication and public relations work.
