Brief profile
Charlotte Krekeler holds a master’s degree in geography with a minor in biology and, during her studies, focused in particular on climatological issues as well as the interrelationships between climate, the environment, and society. She brings practical experience in the field of climate change adaptation from research, administration, and consulting.
As a project manager, she works on various projects related to climate adaptation, climate resilience, and heat preparedness at the local, regional, and national levels. She coordinates and manages projects, develops strategies and measures, and designs participatory and communication processes.
