Brief profile
Fabia Dierks holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Bonn and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Geography with a focus on Governance and Spatial Planning.
During her Bachelor’s studies, she explored urban issues, particularly aspects of urban development and topics related to nature and environmental protection. In her Master’s program, she is deepening these perspectives, focusing specifically on social processes in urban areas and questions of (environmental) justice. A particular focus is on addressing climate change and climate adaptation within urban governance processes, the associated negotiation processes, and their societal and spatial impacts.
