It is intended to lay the foundations for coordinated, precautionary action, a high quality of life, a competitive economy and a healthy environment. <\/p><p>In addition to the baseline assessment and vulnerability analysis, the concept includes creating a <strong>climate function map<\/strong> to visualize climatic functions and risks within the city.
