In this way, the emerging challenges are to be overcome, particularly against the background of the extensive <strong>structural change<\/strong> in the opencast mining region. <\/p><p>Numerous stakeholders, private and public organizations from the region and citizens of the Rhenish mining district will be actively involved in the development and subsequent implementation of the strategy as part of a comprehensive <strong>participation process<\/strong>.
